A homeowner in Park View, Brad moved to DC in 2007 and put himself through graduate school with public loans, paid internships, and bartending - eventually earning his Master of Arts in Public Communications from American University. For more than 15 years, Brad worked in public service in the Obama Administration, in the U.S. House of Representatives, in New Orleans City Hall as the spokesperson for Mayor Mitch Landrieu, and on the campaign trail - allowing him to pay off his loans through the Public Loan Forgiveness Program.

Brad currently serves as chief of staff to a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to returning to Capitol Hill in 2025, he founded Corcoran Street Group (CSG), a strategic consulting firm specializing in government relations, public affairs, and advocacy. During that time, he also became a go-to Democratic strategist on national television, appearing on networks like NewsNation, Fox News, CNN, and Bloomberg TV.

Brad knows how to win tough races, having led Democratic campaigns at the senatorial, congressional, and gubernatorial levels across the country. In 2016, he managed the historic campaign of Stephanie Murphy who, in the aftermath of the Pulse Shooting in Orlando, launched a four-month campaign to defeat a 24-year Republican incumbent, becoming the first Vietnamese-American woman to serve in Congress. He went on to serve as Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy’s chief of staff for nearly six years.

Originally from Arkansas, Brad is an uncle to three and the son of small business owners who taught him the values of hard work and integrity. Although he is a proud Arkansan, Brad has firmly planted roots in the District of Columbia and is a member of Foundry United Methodist Church.

Brad is a self-proclaimed weather nerd and American history buff. In his spare time, he can be found cycling through the DMV, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks and Washington Nationals, and spending time with his two tuxedo cats, Ouiser & Owen.
