Celebrate Commissioner Brad Howard’s Swearing-In!
Brad Howard was officially sworn in as Park VIew’s newest ANC Commissioner on Thursday, January 2, and he’s celebrating the only way we do now that we’re 40—bubbles in the day time so we can be in bed by 10pm.
